Vegan Receipe - Garlic Avocado Mayo



This super simple delicious sauce is so easy to make and can be used a variety of ways. Suggestions listed below.

○Dairy free alternative to mayonnaise
○As a dip
○Salad dressing
○Spread on as a base on crackers, toast or rice cakes
○Stirred into raw or cooked pasta
○As a spread inside tacos or wraps

Only 4 fresh ingredients so no hidden nasties!

Once blended, keep in thefridge use within 1 day as it starts to oxidise and loose its fresh green colour after this time.


Super quick and simple to make and you can make to your desired consistency by adjusting the ingredients.

To make ths garlic avocado mayonnaise you just need the 4 ingredients below:

○Avocados x2 small
Garlic x4 cloves (less or more depending on how garlicky you want it)
○Water (amount depends how thick you want it!)
○Salt (pinch)

Blend until smooth, while blending add water little by little and check the thickness as you go along until you reached your desired consistency.

Once blended enjoy as suggested above!
