Vegan Receipe - 'Naughty but Nice' - Raw Chayote Salad with Black Refried Beans




I am high raw and eat approx 85%-90%raw the majority of the time. 


Sometimes this can drop down to 50/50 but even at 50/50 I still reap the many health benefits I didn't have when I was eating 100% cooked vegan meals.


This chayote salad features some processed food in the form of black refried beans.
The salad is made up of:

○Chayote

○Lettuce
○Papaya Seeds
○Black Refried Beans 










Initially I only filled the pepper with the refried beans but the refried beans tasted so good so I added more to the salad!


And voila...a simple tasty filling salad with some naughtiness!



The raw vegerables has a cleansing effect to the effects of the refried beans so I didn't get as much of the tired feeling that I would have got if I had eaten it with rice or other grains.
